SOCIAL, HEALTH RECOVERY & LEARNING, CHARITABLE EDUCATION PROGRAMS and ARTS PROGRAMS for socially disadvantaged children and young people, children from large and low-income families, children and young people with special needs and internally displaced persons assume a prominent place in the International Educational Cultural Association\u2019s activities.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For many years the INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CULTURAL ASSOCIATION has been cooperating with the Kyiv City Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth in implementing the multi-year charitable arts program which promotes the organization of the \u201cBELIEVE IN OURSELVES\u201d Kyiv City Festival of Children and Youth Arts and of the \u201cWARM HOUSE\u201d Family Meetings Club which brings together families raising children with special needs and supports clubs that operate locally.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In April 2016, the INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CULTURAL ASSOCIATION signed the Agreement on International Cooperation and Professional Relations with the Spanish Christian Association \u201cAsociaci\u00f3n de Obras Cristianas de Gibrale\u00f3n\u201d. The parties agreed to implement the \u201cHARMONY\u201d INTERNATIONAL MULTIFACETED PROGRAM designed to meet the social, educational and cultural needs of the program participants and to enhance the opportunities for their self-determination, intellectual, moral, physical development, creative realization and encourage spiritual growth.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE PROGRAM \u201cHARMONY\u201d provides for the organization of health recovery, recreation and SOCIAL REHABILITATION for the victims of the war in eastern Ukraine, including:<\/p>\n\n

    \n \t
  • parents and children from family-type orphanages and large families, all registered as internally displaced persons;<\/li>\n \t
  • combatants involved in the anti-terrorist operation, wounded and injured or crippled in the ATO Zone;<\/li>\n \t
  • persons released from captivity;<\/li>\n \t
  • teachers and schoolers residing within the line of demarcation and the ATO Zone;<\/li>\n \t
  • families in which one of the parents was killed (reported missing or died as a result of the injury) in the ATO Zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    During October-November 2016, the La Antilla resort (Andalusia, Spain) welcomed the Ukrainian delegation arrived under the first 30-day Health Recovery & Learning program in the fulfillment of the AGREEMENT signed and objectives set forth by the INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM \u201cHARMONY\u201d. The delegation consisted of 39 persons including parents and children from nine foster and large families from the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions, all registered as internally displaced persons. The Spanish side bore the accommodation, meals and sightseeing costs, and the INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CULTURAL ASSOCIATION covered the program participants\u2019 travel and administrative costs. A great deal of assistance and support under the rehabilitation program for large families from Ukraine were provided by the People\u2019s Deputy of Ukraine Oksana Bilozir and by the Consul of Ukraine in Malaga Oleg Vlasenko.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
